I have no hestiation in recommending Richard

When Richard gave us his appraisal as to our propertys worth, I thought he was joking, just giving a high figure to get the listing. As it turned out he was spot on and I was floored. Also due to our ownership set up, it was not a straight forward listing and at all stages Richard acted professionally insuring that all the i's and t's were dotted and crossed correctly.
