Pat was great to deal with, gave us good advice on how to present the house for sale. I didn't want to use her preferred method of pricing (looking for offers over $) and she agreed to my preference of an asking price. She did open homes right up to the sale going through. Pat dealt professionally with a multi offer situation, allowing us to make a decision in a timely manner. As it was my mum's house, Pat had to deal with four of us (siblings), and none of us lived in Whakatane. This wouldn't have been easy but she managed it and we all appreciate the job she has done.
