What can I say about Brodie, well from the start he was able to show me his sales track record which was inspiring and explained the marketing strategy to get the best offer on my home of 17 years. As i wasn't in country to oversee the sale I left it in his capable hands to execute it on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the open home phase and arranging contractors where needed on my behalf. There were a number of offers presented and his knowledge and experience helped me in deciding in the final offer and sale of the home.
