Kerif made our dreams a reality at the most opportune time!

Kerif's knowledge of the Ngongotaha area and surrounds was invaluable to us during the process of selling our house. She was very efficient in communicating with us and listening to our concerns. We were able to be honest about what weren't comfortable with and she was equally the same which made the experience easier to deal with. There were moments where we felt disheartened the house would never sell but Kerif (and her colleague Jodi Ratahi) put our minds at ease and continued to do the hard work to make it happen. The sale went through two weeks before Christmas and we enjoyed one of our best Christmas' ever with our family.
