Fast, Professional and did say Fast? I have been following the property market since 2015, we invested in a couple of properties in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, I constantly checked on Trademe and other platforms over this time, "keeping an eye on things". I noticed one agent in particular from McDowell Real estate, consistently had listings etc on these platforms, and when I asked around my local communities, people had nice things to say, she had a good reputation. Fast forward to today 2021, we decided to check the market, I emailed her directly and explained my situation, hows this for responsiveness, within 7 days, I was signed up, had 6 offers on paper, all well over 110% of my original investment. Oh, It gets much better, 5 days after that I had a written signed contract for settlement within 33 days.
