I brought my house through Ben, and he was my first choice when it was time to sell.

Right from his apprasial then initial discussion about my expectations i felt very confident in Ben`s abilities, he is very proffessional but with a genuine human touch, i said to him that selling/marketing houses was what he did so i would be happy to take his advice on what he thought was best, he suggested to go for the top advertising package as it would give better exposure, this was correct and i would recommend! Ben provided feedback from the open homes throughout and then we had a discussion about the auctoin and preferred reserve( again i took Ben's advice) my house was sold in less than 3 weeks and i got close to the higher side of Ben's initiall apprasial, very happy and Ben is also helping me find my next home! I am more than happy to recommend Ben Dickinson and will certainly use his skills again when the time comes.
