I am so thankful for the guidance and effort that Chanda put in to help sell my property in an ever changing market. This property was my first home I purchased over 10 years ago. I now reside in the Far North, so needed an agent who was able to work with me remotely. Initially, I contacted three real estate agents to provide an appraisal while I contemplated selling.
