Ranjith is a great and the best agent in all dimensions. Firstly his communications and followups.. there was no "please dont call me afterhours" attitude. Anytime, calls will be answered or returned. He was also a mentor in our purchase. We had options and was open to discuss all the pros and cons not just "here you go- take it or leave!" He actually helped us to think will this be a right fit to our family. He arranged us our solicitors, geotech reports etc. Stood on our side with the vendor reasonably while negotiating. Zero negative experiences tbh. Definitely or highly recommended..
