▶I had 3 different agents come and view my home and straight away Amy showed herself to be a cut above the rest. Her market and industry knowledge are exceptional, she is prompt and proactive and explains everything clearly along the way. When she offered to also help me find a property I admit I didn’t see how that could be of benefit to me, however she quickly showed her worth there too, and now I don’t know why anyone would buy a property without an agent like her helping. Time and again while dealing with other agents on both sides of this process I got to see how lucky I was that I’d chosen Amy - I learnt not all agents are as knowledgable, honourable or as diligent. She was constantly in communication, from my smallest question to my biggest meltdown - she knew just how to keep things on track. Amy went well beyond what you would normally experience with an agent. She chased leads for suitable properties, followed up on required documents and clarified conditions and contracts. She even called the council to chase a lagging LIM. I was really busy with work so it was such peace of mind knowing she had the details handled. I ended up selling my house in a very reasonable timeframe for a price I was more than happy with and because of Amy I also purchased the perfect property - which wasn’t even on the market yet (and gave me the best chance of buying it without all the competition). Her negotiations skills when it came to crunch time were calm and confident and got me the best deal at both ends. This buying/selling property process is so mentally taxing for those of us who don’t do it often, so getting the right agent is imperative. I’ll be telling anyone who will listen that it’s Amy they need. I honestly can’t praise her highly enough.
