Genuine, thoughtful, lovely

Helen was the listing agent of a house we purchased in Matua. There were several other offers in a multi-offer situation. Helen was excellent at keeping us updated and helping us navigate a tense situation as it rapidly evolved. It was easy to sense that Helen was acting openly and honestly at all times (within the bounds of confidentiality requirements), without applying any undue pressure or playing on emotions. Helen was lovely and thoughtful at all times. To give an example - days after the sale, she offered to take time out of her day to take a photo of our family outside the property with a 'sold' sticker on the sign. From the purchaser side, we highly valued dealing with an agent whom we felt we could trust. Thanks again Helen!
