Beyond the fence, the coastline becomes part of the neighbourhood. Papamoa Beach is less than 1km (approx.) away, putting morning walks, summer swims and sandy feet firmly on the agenda. Add zoning for quality schools, and you have a location that works just as well for everyday life as it does for the weekends.
The aerial view tells the story better than we ever could - homes, greenery, walking tracks and then that unmistakable stretch of blue.
It's not a house that needs a grand introduction.
It's simply a really good place to come home to.
