During the past few months we have been selling down some properties. After some consideration, we decided to entrust this project to Sara Browne from Eves. We have now sold the last of our properties, and have been very impressed by the service that Sara and the Team at Eves Cherrywood, led by Gordon Stewart, have provided. We have found their service and advice to be excellent, and we felt in control of the process throughout. We are very happy with the timeline to get the properties sold, and all Relative communications were promptly passed on to us, making us feel “in the loop” which was exactly what we were looking for. We were overseas at the time of one of the settlements, there were some minor issues to be resolved before settlement could occur, Sara just got it sorted, for which we were very grateful. I would certainly recommend Sara and the team at Eves Cherrywood to any other sellers, I have personally bought property through them in the past, and achieved the same excellent service.
