Dale and David worked to understand our needs and objective. We had a relaxed but determined relationship with them and they explored all opportunities and worked with us with offers presented. Once accepted they then turned their attention to helping the purchaser sell their property, whilst not ignoring the potential for other offers that may come. All in all this was a great experience and both Dale and David showed their commitment and patience for the extended time that was required to bring the combined sales to conclusion.
