We recently entrusted Rochelle and David to sell our difficult to sell property on the North Shore. These agents brought my partner and I, a total of 6 offers over a couple of weeks, with multiple different options and amounts. Without asking these agents, they pushed for multi-offer situations on three different occasions and drove the price to the absolute maximum for each party. These agents called and answered calls throughout public holidays, while they were away with family and well into the late hours of the evening. During times when we were unsure, they offered us the bare facts to consider and potential outcomes without any emotive details. They were extremely courteous and respectful of our home. They are both an amazing asset and great representatives of your brand, if these were your children you would be extremely proud.
