Our main Agent went on holiday 6 days before the Auction and Hannah took over for the last open homes and the co-ordination of all parties to get our bidders to the table. She kept us up to speed and days prior to Auction she made sure everything was happening. On Auction night she kept us appraised, our house was sold at Auction for a better than expected price.
I chose David because nothing is too difficult. He will work with what you have got and do the very best to get the price. He gives great advice and you can trust what he says. We sold our house at Auction.
