As an older woman on fixed income I have missed out on a few potential tenancies in recent months, as I also have certain requirements due to limited mobility. Samantha could clearly see the benefits of the above property for me and thankfully saw my own commitment to responsible tenancy and care. Whereas some agents will keep you waiting for answers for weeks, she made a thorough check and concluded I fulfilled all needed. She replied positively to me and offered me the place within a week.
