Awesome team that values tenants and Landlords

Ive been dealing with Samantha Griffiths, and she has been phenomenal. We were desperate to find a new place as our previous tenancy was ending in early December. We were quickly put on the preferred candidate list, and offered the property, we really wanted to secure it but unknowingly put an early date on the tenancy start date in our application, trying to avoid paying double the rent. They swiftly spoke with the landlord and we all came to an agreement to sign a little later. This immeasurably lessened the financial burden we were set to face, and it was beyond refreshing to have a property manager that felt like they were on our side just as much as the landlord. Especially considering they didn't have to do this as they would undoubtedly have other options. It made us feel incredibly valued. On top of this every request I have made in regard to a few minor issues when ive moved in was swiftly accepted and actioned. The team have just been incredible, transparently explaining all my rights as a tenant and taking the time to clarify any and all questions. The move in inspection I went through was incredibly thorough and they even had marks and blemishes I would never have noticed. Which is just another testament to their honesty. I cannot thank the team enough. Genuinely been stellar.
