Efficient and down-to-earth

Had an easy and transparent onboarding experience, I appreciated having a chance to go through the tenancy agreement in person, and having it explained in a way that felt like coversation rather than a court hearing. Everything was very clear and efficient, and felt humane in comparison to the usual awkward and stark corporate interactions I've experienced in the past.
