The property was well presented during the flat viewing with plenty of information provided to inform us about the situation of the flat. the property manager answered most of our questions and told us about her expectations for the future tenants of the property. The website to sign up for the tenancy was easy to use with plenty of instructions, along with the fast replies from the property manager when we had a question for her. While signing the tenancy, the property manager went through all of her future expectations for us, future tenants, along with the additional information such as insurance etc. Overall, the service was very professional.
