I have been using Cowdys for years. Always had exceptional service from them. Prompt, thorough communication. Even pick up the phone to call overseas if the conversation is more than a quick message to make sure I fully understand the tenancy terms.

No stress required
As a first time Renter my expectation of this process was going to be a very stressful and an agonising experience , but once meeting Samantha these feelings quickly disappeared. Samantha was friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. Her communication after the viewing of the property was quick, efficient and succinct. On completion of the final paperwork we concluded a meeting and completed the contract. I found the whole process a breeze to complete and with Samantha there explaining some points of interest our worries were eased.
