Great, helpful, no-nonsense agent

Courtney was really great. This was our first home so we didn't know the ropes and she helped us along the way and explained everything really well. No-nonsense, no beating the round the bush, just telling us how it all is. She actually informed us about the house we ended up getting just before it had hit the market, if she hadn't we don't think we would've got it, so that was really awesome! She knew we'd be into it from first meeting us, and we definitely were, so she's got the knack for knowing what property is a good suit. We're really grateful for Courtney and everything she did to help us get into our first home, settlement's in a month and we can't wait. Thanks Courtney!
