Welcome to 15 Tatahi Street, a brand new four bedroom home built by Penny Homes in the heart of Kokomea Park, Wharewaka.
Walk in and look up. Raking ceilings soar over the open plan kitchen, dining and living, with a statement Escea gas fire ready for cooler Taupo nights and a wall of tinted glazing that pulls the outdoors in. The kitchen runs a full Bosch appliance package, oven, gas cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher, built for people who actually cook and a hidden butlers pantry seamless tucks the mess away. Working from home? There's a dedicated study nook tucked behind a barn door, close enough to stay connected, closed off enough to actually focus.
The master suite holds its own corner of the house, walk in wardrobe, private ensuite, done. Ducted heating & cooling keep this wing at temperature. Three further bedrooms share a fully tiled family bathroom with a freestanding bath.
Outside, the 596sqm section is fully landscaped, fenced and low maintenance, with irrigation ready for kids, pets, or a Sunday afternoon relaxing. Double internal access garaging gets you in from the weather without the detour.
214.7sqm on 596sqm, in a location that does the rest of the selling for you: Kokomea Park sits minutes from the Wharewaka waterfront, local schools and the supermarket, with the Whakapapa skifield about an hour away and some of the best trout fishing in the country right on your doorstep.
