Done and Dusted in a Month

We would wholeheartedly recommend Mel Taylor and Annette Weir from Collab, who recently sold our rental property We were aware. being so close to Xmas, that it was not the best time to put our house on the market with most agents going on holiday and traditionally a slow period in the real estate market We partly chose these agents over others as they were prepared to work right through this time and they managed to secure the last photo opportunity of the year with the listing going online within a day. The ladies had a few viewings and ran open homes keeping us well informed along the way Within 2 weeks they presented us with two offers, one of which they negotiated to an acceptable price. We were amazed as hadn't expected any action so soon let alone a sale in this slow market. A shorter settlement date was also negotiated which meant the whole process took less than a month. When we heard of other properties languishing on the market then having to drop in price we were glad to accept their advice based on sound market knowledge At all times Mel and Annette acted very professionally but personably making the process really easy and the experience great for us as vendors Thanks Guys !
