Endless Potential to Family Gem 😊

We can tell that Rachel and her team were strategic with their sales theme. When we first saw the property in August 2025, it has the Endless Potential theme which appeals to renovators. Then when we checked the property again in October, they shifted to Family Gem which now appeals to first home buyers and growing families. Rachel was also patient when we changed our mind on our August decision because we cannot agree on the complexity of the driveway. When we reached out again sometime in October, there was no loss in enthusiasm. She was still accommodating and helpful. This also extended to our other concerns like property service documents and schedule for key handover. She went beyond her responsibilities, giving us tips how to maximise promos and offers from different service providers. Overall, excellent! 😊
