First timer selling experience

I first met Sam though another developer while looking to sell, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, Sam assured me with confidence that he will get me the best price the market had to offer. I agreed to work with Sam because he was upfront with pricing (something another agent wasn't honest about), He presented himself with an information pack about what him and the team at City Sales can do for us, stats about the area and figures on comparable properties. Throughout the campaign Sam has kept me well informed with buyer feedback weekly, he managed to secure a solid deal for myself and Mum which we are very happy with. Overall, Sam is a remarkable agent and the team at City Sales.
