Jeremy goes the extra mile

This was my first time selling a property. After meeting Jeremy at another property viewing he offered to do an appraisal that morning. I had not heard of Circa so it was a surprise to me when I chose them to market my property. Jeremy went above and beyond from storing some of my stuff, to weed trimming. His marketing and sale choices were spot on. His enthusiasm, friendly approach and attention to the open homes was appreciated. Having all the staging arranged was great. His weekly written updates were very helpful. Ultimately he helped facilitate a pretty quick sale at a price I was happy with. I would happily recommend Jeremy and Circa to others looking to sell.
