A good middle-man

Russell was quick to respond to queries. Acting as a middleman can't have been easy. Even after the property went unconditional, he was available for queries. I was a little bit caught out by being contacted before even submitting a formalised offer on settlement day to have a hard close put on. However, in the end, it secured the deal.
