We recently sold our property with Chris and Sara. We achieved a result within the estimated price range in a relatively short timeframe, which was important given our need for a timely sale. While the final price was below our initial expectations and some online estimates, we recognise the market realities and prioritised securing a sale without a prolonged process. Communication throughout the campaign was clear and consistent, particularly around open homes, advertising, and buyer interest. Where we would have benefited from more support was earlier in the process — specifically around identifying and resolving potential issues before going to market. Some matters raised in the building report created additional stress, and with more proactive guidance upfront these may have been addressed earlier and more smoothly. Overall, they delivered the key outcome we needed, and we appreciate their work in getting the sale completed.
