Charlotte and her team were supportive, caring and professional every step of the way. From our first email inquiry through to settlement day. We appreciated her transparency and thorough research that provided us with a realistic expectation of the sale price of our home. Team Charlotte kept in communication and ensured that staging, photographs and the advertising campaign was organised and timed to maximise sale potential. During the open home process we appreciated detailed reports and the follow up with potential owners was fantastic. On auction day we were able to watch online and were blown away with how organised the auctions were. We were able to clearly see how much the sale price was and follow the auction live at all times.
