Charlotte and her talented team did a fabulous job of marketing our rental home as well as promoting it online & with open homes. The house took more than the original 3 month “sign up” period to sell but we did not hesitate to extend our contract with the team as they did not ever “go off the boil” or become slack in their processes. The team are a “well oiled machine” and at all times communicated efficiently with us as well as our tenants making the whole process seamless. They really worked hard for us and we were happy with the end result. This is the second house we have sold through team Charlotte and have already recommended this fabulous team to friends who were also very pleased with their experience.
