I have got to know Mitch over the last 12 months through a passion we both share in golf. We decided to give Mitch an opportunity to market a spec house we were trying to sell off the plans on a general listing. Although there were other agencies marketing the property what stood out for us with Mitch was his work ethic and attention to detail. As high end builders Mitch could understand the intricate details that goes with these types of builds. This gave us confidence that he would be relaying that dialogue to potential buyers. Mitch and his team were the only agency doing open homes on a home that was under construction. This is a reflection on their drive and tenacity to achieve the best result for the Vendor. All of these attributes were why we chose Century 21 Wanaka to market our own home. In tough market conditions Mitch managed to get 3 offers on deadline and 2 offers pre deadline. Having a good understanding of modern-day homes, up to date market analysis and marketing strategies is what sets Mitch and his team apart.
