It is always a pleasure to work with people who love what they are doing. And Nandi is one of those people who never hesitate to help, and their professionalism is beyond measure. People in the right place who know what their job is about. For my wife and me, buying a property was one of the most stressful experience that we had. Furthermore, the only positive thing about the whole process was the feeling that we are not helpless and that there is actually someone who could help us with our doubts. Our bank had a lot of conditions for final finance approval and required a lot of information. As a first home buyer, it was very confusing for us many times. Nandi never hesitated to help us finding the right people, answered all of our questions, and organised everything that was needed. We would never be able to fulfil all the required conditions in time. She assisted us from the first viewing till the final deposit submission. Moreover, the necessary information and facts that she provided us with her advice and her experience pointed us in the right direction. Furthermore, Nandi was always honest with us, always emphasised the important things, what to be aware of, what not to underestimate and most importantly highlighted the existing risks as well as how to mitigate them. She was always available to help and assist with any queries that we had, even in the late evening. Her experience and market knowledge are phenomenal. Nandi guided us during the whole process and assisted us many times beyond her responsibilities. I can only conclude that without Nandi, we would never be able to make our dream come true.
