Jay Singh marketed and sold a house belonging to me in Mere mere, recently. Before and during this process he made several trips from Pokeno to Totaravale to speak to me . These were partly due to his not having my telephone number. On two occasions I was not home, so the trips were futile. I found Jay to be humble, and socially skilled. He was clearly interested in other people, and able to give a lucid account of aspects of his own, interesting life. I appreciated his paying for all the marketing. I also appreciated his modest commission of 2% of the sale price. The house sold within a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Communication was clear. . There were no hitches.
