Initial Challenges, Ultimately a Committed Effort to Achieve the Sale

Our experience selling our property with Ankush and Kam was somewhat mixed. Initially, following the signing of the sales agreement, we felt the process lacked the level of urgency and attention we had anticipated. Communication during this early phase was limited, and the agreed sale price fell short of our expectations, particularly given the challenging market conditions. This created a rather stressful experience for us. However, as the campaign progressed, both Ankush and Kam significantly increased their efforts. They became more proactive, worked hard to generate interest among potential buyers, and demonstrated strong commitment to achieving a successful outcome. Their persistence in the latter stages of the process was evident and greatly appreciated. While the journey began with some concerns, we acknowledge and value their determination and dedication in ensuring the property was ultimately sold. Their efforts in navigating a difficult market deserve recognition.
