Andrew was absolutely awesome. he looked at our property and said he wanted people to see one specific area first as it gave a better first impression of what was on offer. he said the way to do this was to open up a new garden gate that was easily done. the end result was two weeks later i had an offer 10% higher than the highest estimate any other agent had estimated.
