I have to say Caroline and Steve are the most professional and dedicated agent among my 26 years of life in Auckland, New Zealand. Caroline has been very helpful and supportive from the very beginning of our experience. We did the whole process in a very rush pace as we found out this property only just on its last open home weekend. Caroline has been very accommodative and flexible, also emphasized to us how important we need to stick to our plan. She hasnever push us to make decision, instead always start from our perspective, which we feel very comfortable and made the stressful process of property purchase a breeze.
