Sold in under a week!!!

We signed our listing agreement with Lenie on a Wednesday. On Thursday our home was photographed. That afternoon Lenie showed potential buyers through our home. Friday the home was live online. Saturday further private viewings. Sunday was our open home with 14 people visiting. By Tuesday we had multiple written offers. We signed the sale agreement that morning and the deal was unconditional on the Wednesday. Lenie supported me through this process, whilst we completed the sale of my home in an amazingly short period of time, I never felt pressured to accept what I had been presented. I am incredibly thankful to Lenie for working with me and delivering a result that allowed the purchase of our new home to run smoothly.
