BEST AGENT (AND TEAM!) IN THE WAIKATO

We signed with Eilish at Cambridge Realty after having a very bad experience with another agent at a different agency. Eilish was warm, welcoming, listened to our concerns then put a plan in place to sell our gorgeous lifestyle property within a month of listing. Nothing was a problem. Every question or phone call was greeted with a smile and a can-do attitude. Communication was top notch with a verbal conversation after every open home to tell us what had happened that day, followed up by a written report weekly. Eilish is backed by her team of Kevin and Amy, who have the same values and ethics that she does. All were professionally presented to potential buyers during open homes and did their homework on our property, being able to answer questions on the spot. They were also happy to phone us for the answer straight away if they didn't know something.... meaning the buyer didn't have to wait for someone to get back to them. When it came to negotiating.... she was a trained circus performer! Juggling balls in the air all over the place, but none were ever dropped. The lady knows what she's doing when it comes to doing her best - and getting the best result - for her client! Working with the three of them was a pleasant experience. Although selling a house is stressful, they were at the end of the phone or email to help us through the process - and alleviate anxiety (well, as best as possible!). We can't rate Eilish and her team enough. It's the first really positive experience we've had with a Real Estate Agent and we can't recommend Eilish higher to others looking to sell their property. She really is the best in the Waikato, if not the real estate business.
