We first met Eilish via a Trade Me enquiry we made on the property. She got back to us quickly and even went out of her way to show us the property the following morning as we were unable to make the open home times. Her proactiveness made it very easy for us to put an offer on paper the same day. Her professionalism while working through the S&P Agreement was awesome. She honestly wants the best for both her Seller and Buyer. We were so impressed, we even listed our home for sale with her too! Eilish is backed by her team of Kevin and Amy, who have the same values and ethics that she does. Nothing was an issue, extra visits to the property were never turned down, and she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question. Needless to say, we were stoked when she sold our property unconditionally, which in turn meant we could also go unconditional on our new home. We can't rate Eilish and her team enough. It's the first really positive experience we've had with a Real Estate Agent and we can't recommend Eilish higher to others looking to sell their property.
