"We were in a unique situation where we wanted to sell our property from overseas.  This came with potential difficulties as we could not see the property ourselves and had to rely on information from other people.  Rachel was excellent and went the extra mile for us.  She organised the house to be cleaned, staged and kept us updated at every step of the way.  After open homes she gave us a courtesy phone call as well as the follow-up emails.  Her communication was superb and took any phones calls and text messages from us without any issues.  We are very impressed with Rachael and the help she offered us.  It was reassuring dealing with her especially since we were not able to see the property for ourselves.  We highly recommend Rachael to anyone wanting to sell."
