We have been looking for a property in Cambridge for a few months and have found most of the agents in Cambridge painful to deal with (from other agencies) who would be vague on price and clearly using your enquiry as leverage to better a current offer and not seem to take us seriously. We met Graham when we found our house and from the get go his communication was excellent, prompt and attentive. Nothing was an issue or a problem and the deal was sorted within 30 minutes of us presenting and him taking to his client. I cant reccomend enough, his no-nonesense approach and his service towards the buyer (us) was excellent, which we have found to be rare with our dealings with other agents.
