Our family engaged Brian and Andrea Childs to help with the sale of a small unit (company share) that had been vacated by a family member going into care. There were many challenges to get the property ready for sale, a task which Brian and Andrea both advised and supervised given their wealth of experience in sales in the Upper Hutt area. Some items of furniture were also loaned to update the unit's look and show what a happy little nest it could be. The sale was not a short "sprint" to the finishing line. Prospective buyers were followed up and the family was kept informed of efforts being made on their behalf. Like a steady middle distance runner, the finish line eventually came into sight and with a high level of professionalism Brian was able to bring the two parties to an agreed position for final sale. As a family we are extremely grateful for the persistent help offered by Brian and his cheerful ability to keep on keeping on when the sellers' market was not in our favour.
