Brian and Andrea Childs helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication and professionalism

Right from our initial meeting Brian's communication and professionalism was excellent. He demonstrated in depth knowledge and understanding of the local Upper Hutt market, which resulted in my property selling quicker than I anticipated. I appreciated Andrea's talent with staging and prompt feedback regarding open homes. I was overseas when an offer was being negotiated and I really appreciated Brian going out of his way to keep me informed and complete the sale. I had full confidence in his ability as an agent.
