Brian and Andrea are just awesome. With constant communication after every open home and updates when anything was happening, the focus was always on the vendor - we never had to wonder what was going on. They are good at reading the market and strategising to get the best outcome, we would definitely entrust our future property sales to them.

Working with Brian and Andrea was easy. We appreciated their patience with us as we were juggling a few balls at the time, and despite the changing market we are really pleased with the result. We trusted their experience and advice and they didn't disappoint. We would turn to them again in the future.

We would rate Brian's and Andrea's market knowledge, communication and professionalism highly. They did what they said they would do and finally got a result. We were a bit disappointed with the final sale price. We were in a rapidly declining market which meant it was challenging to match our expected selling price with what buyers were prepared to pay. We felt that once we had indicated that we would not accept a developer's offer that meant waiting a year for full payment, that we should have been told that a lower selling price was the best way to go. This took some time to happen. We were very pleased that we achieved a sale when we did!

Brian was easy to deal with throughout the purchase of this property, prompt in responding when we had questions, and helpful in arranging access for visits, inspections etc. Thank you Brian for helping to make this a smooth purchase for us!
