Andrea and Brian knew their stuff and the market. I left everything to them to manage as I was busy and it was prefect for me. They kept me informed with regular emails throughout the whole procedure and were always positive

After viewing multiple open homes and going through the offer process a couple of times, I can say hands down that Brian has been the best. Brian and Andrea are just awesome. With constant communication after every open home and updates when anything was happening, the focus was always on the vendor - we never had to wonder what was going on. They are good at reading the market and strategising to get the best outcome, we would definitely entrust our future property sales to them.

We would rate Brian's and Andrea's market knowledge, communication and professionalism highly. They did what they said they would do and finally got a result. We were a bit disappointed with the final sale price. We were in a rapidly declining market which meant it was challenging to match our expected selling price with what buyers were prepared to pay. We felt that once we had indicated that we would not accept a developer's offer that meant waiting a year for full payment, that we should have been told that a lower selling price was the best way to go. This took some time to happen. We were very pleased that we achieved a sale when we did!
