Our family engaged Brian and Andrea Childs to help with the sale of a small unit (company share) that had been vacated by a family member going into care. There were many challenges to get the property ready for sale, a task which Brian and Andrea both advised and supervised given their wealth of experience in sales in the Upper Hutt area. Some items of furniture were also loaned to update the unit's look and show what a happy little nest it could be. The sale was not a short "sprint" to the finishing line. Prospective buyers were followed up and the family was kept informed of efforts being made on their behalf.
