Louise is a great real estate agent for the seller! We were the buyers in the transaction, and even though we had a limit we wanted to spend, we went well above. She was very helpful to us, but always with the vendors best interest at heart. I found her very pleasant to work with, always very prompt in communication. She has great knowledge of the area which has been so helpful as we are moving from out of town. Even after the deal has been done she has been so helpful regarding schools, and any questions we have. We are thrilled with our purchase. In a very slow market I believe she got a great price for the vendors. Louise & Brendon are definitely who I would want to sell our home when we do sell.
