Phenomenal!

We had seen Nick’s name and face around our community and had him on our list of agents to look into when we were ready to sell. We went along to an open home Nick was hosting a couple of weeks later and we were really impressed with him. From greeting us outside on the driveway, to sending us the property file as we were walking through, and the little details like music, treats and beautiful brochures, and finally his prompt communication gauging our interest and feedback, we knew we needed to meet with him to discuss selling our home. Initially we’d planned to speak with a couple of different agents but after our meeting with Nick, we knew we’d found our agent. Major standouts for us were his knowledge and proven track record in the area, his A+++ communication, and his down to earth approach and genuine passion for what he does. It was our first time selling a home and we followed Nick’s lead - he suggested ordering the LIM and builders report, helped with presentation of the home and cleverly used the marketing and photography available to keep our campaign fresh. We had offers within a week and accepted an offer after just 10 days on the market. Nick’s guidance, expertise, and his motivation to leave no stone unturned, help us achieve a fantastic outcome and both our buyers and us are over the moon. We were really impressed with Nick’s communication particularly. We never once felt like we were unsure or in the dark, he was always available to ask questions and he continued to drive our campaign right through until we went unconditional.
