We had Bower recommended by close friends, and once we were connected with Andre he quickly arranged a call & we all got on the same page quickly regarding house purchasing timeline & goals. Andre was very incredibly helpful in his knowledge of Tauranga and suggesting the best suburbs to look at based on our price range & what we were looking for. Over the coming months as we hunted for homes we stayed in touch & when we did find a home we really liked, Andre promptly helped tee up viewings and communicated with the sales agent connected with the home. Once we knew we wanted to make an offer, we worked with Andre to get the ball rolling quickly. Andre worked so well with our Broker Jack, and help field any questions we had & working with the vendor. There were lots of phone calls & Andre worked diligently with my husband to resolve any issues as they worked through the contract with the sellers/vendors. Overall a very successful and wonderful outcome with us buying the home & everything getting over the line. Working with Andre really took the stress out of the process and we felt very supported.
