Having now completed after several transactions I'd highly recommend Deborah. The marketing worked with lots of people attending the open homes with things specifically set up for the house around the tide times. The team were good at communicating with me, particularly when the market changed. We had clear and open conversations, so it became easier to make decisions. The auction process worked to flush out the cash and we ended up selling post straight away. We got more than I expected, so I’d say that’s a result!
