Expected better for the amount paid for a property

We where told, advise about multiple offers and people showing interest in the property. Which we ended up increasing our offer on the properry each time(no multiple offer happened). Driving fear into buyer of the potential possibility of loosing the property. We were very excited about the property when doing the inspection before the handover we had asked for two small items to be done. 1. There was a rotten/rusted old outside table tht was in the garage, we asked for it to be removed and its still standing on the berm with n free sign on it. 2. Both the bins normal and recycle was full of (builder rubble from the renovations material I assume) We Asked if this could be emtied out (was not the case we turned up to full bins) We believe this was minor items to be sorted. In general you will think paying 825k for a property you would get it clean house and garden (not a full clean and landscaped to perfection) but we expected that the weeds and the driveway could have been swept atleast. So overall for our first family home buy the experience was not good. Can say that Jesse was great to deal with, always positive and helpfull
